unhelpful reception single beds
i was disappointed that the room wasn't cleaned during my three-night stay. the reception staff wasn't helpful when i inquired about this. i also noticed the double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together.

Great location and helpful staff!
helpful staff modern bathroom quiet area
The subway is nearby. It is located just a couple of houses away. The staff members were helpful and nice! The room had modern bathroom and was clean, very nicely done, I enjoyed it.
I did not like that I was required to turn in my room key when exiting the building. I arrived one night at 2 AM. I had to wake up the night clerk who was asleep to get in!

Breakfast had tasty options! it cost extra. There were no English breakfast options. Only machine coffee was available. Other items were in sachets. It was a limited experience.

The main lobby area had a charming and comfy leather couch! The hotel provided 24 hour concierge service. I felt safe. There are books in the lobby! I saw a small lift.

The hotel is in a good spot near the subway. I had easy access to the RER and TGV train stations! It was within walking distance of the Luxembourg Gardens. I liked the area.

The room was a good size for what I paid. I loved the simple decor! Windows open and let in fresh air. I appreciated being able to gaze outside. It was convenient.

The room was clean and tidy. Metro access was close by, it made it easy to get around.
The room was small, it was hard to open two suitcases at once. The bathroom was also quite small and was difficult to wash my face.
